Equipment Needed

All boys that participate in our league must wear proper lacrosse equipment.  The equipment shown in the picture is required, except for the rib pads, which are optional. For helmets please use the below chart as a guideline only.  For a true fit please try on the helmet at a lacrosse store.







Helmet  -  NOCSAE approved (no hockey helmets)
            
Stick -   Allowed stick lengths - measure stick from topmost of head to bottom of shaft rubber cover
             K-2nd      (Short Stick 37 - 42 inches long)
             3rd/4th   (Short Stick 37 - 42 inches long / Long Stick 47 - 54 inches long)
             5th-8th    (Short Stick 40 - 42 inches long / Long Stick 53 - 72 inches long)
